Laura is an Episcopal priest; she served churches in Alaska and Mississippi before being called to campus ministry in Harrisonburg. All aspects of ministry bring her joy, and campus ministry is her passion. She is married to Russell, a Coast Guard veteran. They have 3 sons who are in college and high school. She enjoys gardening, baking and road trips.

Patrick is a Senior Religion and Philosophy major. He loves the inclusivity and loving vibes of Canterbury where he enjoys the great company of great friends. Patrick is also involved on JMU’s campus in The Madison Singers, The Religion Society, and Resident Advising.
Kaelie is a Junior Health Science major with a minor in Pre-Physical Therapy. She loves that no matter what type of day she is having, the people at Canterbury always find a way to make her laugh. Alongside Canterbury, Kaelie is an active member of JMU Student Ambassadors, Overcoming Barriers, and Student Duke Club. In her free time she loves photography, skiing, and watching JMU Football.
Stephanie is a Senior SMAD major with a concentration in Interactive Design and German major with a Minor in Non-Profit studies. She loves the community and fellowship of Canterbury and you can find her there often. In her spare time, she likes to design websites, read free-verse poetry, and taking long walks on the beach.
Alyssa is a Sophmore from New Hampshire. She is a Psychology major and also part of the Marching Royal Dukes. Alyssa has been attending the Episcopal Church for her entire life and has been an avid participant in the choir and theater program for many years. This is her first year on the vestry at Canterbury and she is excited about everything that Canterbury and its people have to offer!
Richard is a Senior Computer Science major at JMU and has been involved in Canterbury since his freshman year. In addition to Canterbury he is active in club cross country and track along with several computer science clubs. When not doing coursework or at Canterbury, he can probably be found running, programming, or reading.
